RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Adored.fr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
  • You can initiate a return within 14 days of the purchase date. If More than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned, including:
  • Custom or bespoke jewelry.
  • Jewelry showing obvious signs of wear.
  • Jewelry damaged for reasons not attributable to our error.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we have received and inspected your returned jewelry, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged jewelry. If you need to replace a jewelry item with the same product, please send us an email at contact@adored.fr and send your item to the following address:

SHIPPING

To return your product, you will need to mail it to the following postal address: [Postal Address]. Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing insurance for sending valuable jewelry. We cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
